Return and Refund Policy
- Damages and Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me immediately. I will need to see photos of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving it to assess the situation. I will then work with you to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement (if available) or a refund. - Exceptions
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the unique nature of artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for artworks unless they are damaged upon arrival.
- Return Limitations: If the damage was caused by improper handling after delivery, the artwork may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Exchanges and Refunds
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only considered if the artwork arrives damaged and a similar item is available for replacement.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
